Who is responsible

NR DIGITAL BOOST, SAS, 72 boulevard des Coteaux, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France — contact@nrjboost.fr. As a French company, we apply the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to everyone, wherever you are.

What we collect and why

  • Order: email, phone, company name and country, website, pack chosen, brief. To perform and invoice the service (performance of a contract).
  • Detailed brief (optional): information about your business and what you want. To make your ads (performance of a contract).
  • Call booking: name, email, phone, time zone, chosen time, question. To hold the call at the agreed time (steps taken at your request before a contract): the call is added to our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link sent to your address, and your details to our follow-up file (Google Sheets). You get a confirmation email, a reminder the day before and a reminder 30 minutes before the call.

We never sell or rent your data. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Mollie, for our bank Qonto); we never see your card details.

Where your visit comes from

With each order or booking, we keep where your visit came from: campaign parameters in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the ad click ID (fbclid for Meta, gclid for Google), the first page viewed and the referring site, plus the browser type for orders. Purpose: knowing which ads and pages bring in requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our marketing. This information is kept by your browser for the visit only (session storage, cleared when you close the tab), then stored with your request.

Audience measurement

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, with no cookie and no persistent identifier: page views and a few actions (order started or sent, call booked, video played, button clicked), as aggregated statistics. For the length of a visit only (no cookie), we also keep an anonymous summary of the visit: time spent, scroll depth, sections viewed, video played, buttons clicked and ad source. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.

Meta ads measurement

Only if you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad: for each page you view, we send Meta Platforms the page address, the ad click ID (fbclid), your IP address and browser type; when you order or book a call, we also send the event type and a hashed fingerprint of your email, phone and name (SHA-256, never in clear text). Purpose: measuring how well our ads work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. No Meta tracker is placed in your browser. You can object at any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the legal periods (10 years for accounting records). Bookings and requests that don't lead to an order are deleted after 3 years.

Who can see it, and where it is hosted

Data is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States) under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and by Google (calendar and follow-up file). It is only accessible to the NRJ Boost Motion team and, for the ad measurement described above only, to Meta Platforms.

Cookies

This site sets no cookie, advertising or analytics, and loads no third-party tracker. It only uses your browser's session storage, cleared when you close the tab, to remember where your visit came from.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to and port your data: email contact@nrjboost.fr. We do not sell personal information (including within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act). You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
